A 2023 SOUTHWESTERN AMERICAN ROVE TO BIG BEND NATIONAL PARK

In September 2023 DL88 was activated utilizing satellite IO-117 in an attempt to provide world wide access to this rare grid location in the southern most portion of Big Bend National Park in Texas. The activation was accomplished but not without a great deal of effort. It was one of the most rewarding roving endeavors in my short satellite roving "career".
